Job Summary
REGIONAL EDUCATION AMBASSADOR
Ideally based in Birmingham with travels to the Midlands and South West. Driving would be strongly encouraged.

As Regional Education Ambassador you will be responsible for delivering educational motivational and inspirational training both virtually and instore across Cotys Prestige brands. You will act as a brand ambassador for Coty working closely with Field Sales and Education teams to develop product knowledge application and selling skills across Fragrance Skincare and Makeup.

As our Regional Education Ambassador you play a critical role in elevating service standards driving productivity and supporting sales performance across the UK. You will deliver training aligned to Cotys strategic priorities inspire retail teams and ensure education is consistent relevant and commercially impactful.
You will be reporting to theArea Manager and you will manage:
Deliver education & training excellence
Deliver engaging education virtually and instore across Coty Prestige brands
Develop service selling and product expertise to bestinclass standards
Conduct makeup artistry training workshops and masterclasses linking fragrance and skincare
Support training at peak periods blockbuster launches and key events
Support sales & field teams
Work closely with Sales and Education teams to drive productivity and sales
Support Area Managers with education to enable them to deliver basic training
Act as key education support in nonCoty staffed doors
Coordinate instore and outofstore educational events
Build strong partnerships & brand advocacy
Build strong relationships with retailers store teams and customers
Ensure teams are digitally and socially driven and up to date
Stay current on industry and competitor trends leading by example
Partner with PR to identify and collaborate with relevant local microinfluencers
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a Regional Education Ambassador you are passionate about luxury beauty education and people development. You are confident engaging and commercially aware with the ability to inspire teams and adapt to changing business needs.
Previous experience within the luxury beauty industry
Experience delivering effective training or education programmes
Strong presentation communication and motivational skills
Agile proactive and adaptable with strong timemanagement skills
Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
Good understanding of retail management and field operations
Strong IT skills including Excel PowerPoint and digital training platforms
