Job Summary
Focus: Lead architecture design and hardening of the existing production-grade jBPM solution. Key Responsibilities Own the architecture technical direction and enhancement roadmap for the existing jBPM-based workflow system running in production. Assess identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in jBPM and its dependent components. Optimize workflow models execution performance and system scalability. Provide governance patterns and reusable workflow design guidelines. Collaborate with application security and infra teams to ensure high availability and compliance. Guide and mentor BPM developers working on workflow creation and integration. Play a key role in architecting an alternate solution for jBPM in the long run. Must-Have Skills Deep hands-on expertise in jBPM (workflow modeling process engine internals task service rule integration). Strong understanding of jBPM vulnerability handling CVEs patches and hardening strategies. Solid experience integrating BPM workflows with Java/Spring Boot services. Added Advantage Exposure to other orchestration/workflow engines like Camunda Activiti Netflix Conductor Temporal Flowable. Knowledge of workflow security standards and enterprise workflow patterns. Exposure to AWS Step Functions.
