Job Description
As a Security Officer Retail Center Patrol Driverin Ladera Ranch CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech media and telecom location where you will drive through assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related this people-first role you will support daily operations through strong communication customer service and teamwork while bringing reliability integrity and an innovative mindset to every shift.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures access protocols and other security-related policies at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas common spaces parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points observe site conditions and report maintenance issues hazards and/or suspicious behavior to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Support emergency response activities when appropriate assist with crowd and visitor management and complete accurate logs reports and other required documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
