Job Summary
As an AssocOprtns Semi-Conductor Ld here at Honeywell you will lead and oversee the operations within our semiconductor division ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. You will be responsible for managing a team optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role you will impact the overall performance and productivity of our semiconductor operations contributing to the success and growth of the business unit.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage semiconductor operations team to ensure efficient production processes
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet delivery targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify and resolve issues
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment and machinery
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Required experience in the similar field should be enough.
- Strong leadership skills

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in semiconductor operations
- Proven track record of process optimization and continuous improvement
