Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our team in Franklin TN.
This role is responsible for supporting INFINITI Sales Operations and Retailer Program activities through advanced data analysis reporting and technical solution development. Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining automated tools dashboards and data processes that ensure accurate program performance with a strong focus on the INFINITI Performance retailer program. The Analyst will extract validate and model data from multiple systems develop documentation and partner closely with internal teamsincluding Nissan ISto ensure timely and accurate program execution. This position requires advanced technical skills strong business acumen a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
A Day in the Life:
Lead the design development and lifecycle management of dashboards for Dealer Programs New Vehicle Sales Ops CPO Residual Value and INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle.
Translate business needs into curated datasets KPIs and visualizations; document solutions and support user adoption across the organization.
Drive the INFINITI Sales Operations transition from Tableau to Power BI including requirements alignment migration planning and dashboard redevelopment.
Develop and implement technical solutionsincluding data pipelines automated tools and visualizationsbased on enduser requirements and crossfunctional brainstorming.
Manage SAPrelated workflows including business process modeling payment file generation and validation and exception processing.
Perform data analysis validation mapping and query development across multiple source systems; support troubleshooting and iterative solution improvements.
Own endtoend requirements gathering solution design UAT and release management for updates to program rules and reporting assets.
Comanage quarterly Performance calculations rule implementation and financial validation with Nissan IS; monitor KPIs and model impacts throughout the quarter.
Serve as technical liaison with Nissan IS for data contracts schema changes performance optimization and system enhancements.
Provide monthend/quarterend operational support maintain documentation (data dictionaries SOPs business rules) and uphold data governance and compliance standards.
Provide month-end/quarter-end support for program calculations retailer payments and executive reporting; maintain documentation (data dictionaries SOPs business rules) and uphold data governance and compliance standards.
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.
Who Were Looking for:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience developing BI dashboards using Tableau or Business Objects (12 years).
SAP experience highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with INFINITI programs is a plus.
13 years of experience designing data visualizations and analytics solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database fundamentals.
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related business or analytical Excel skills including Power Query Power Pivot complex formulas and VBA.
Working knowledge of datarelated desktop applications (e.g. Access Word PowerPoint).
Ability to troubleshoot mainframe or enterprise system issues.
Technical/programming experience preferred.
