Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) PCU/Step Down
Location: Columbia MO
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 312 (36 hours/week)
Travelers Pay: $2361/week (Gross)
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Step Down unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience managing patients requiring close monitoring and advanced care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in PCU/Step Down unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions vital signs and response to treatment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
Requirements:
Active RN License (MO or compact)
Minimum 12 years of recent PCU/Step Down experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills
