Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This fully remote role is open exclusively to candidates based in the United States. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Collect clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations
Translate complex data findings into clear actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across systems
Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions
Document processes methodologies and findings
Qualifications
Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools such as Excel SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Basic knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
Familiarity with databases data warehousing or ETL processes
Prior experience in a remote work environment
