Job Title - ServiceMax Developer
Experience - 4 - 10 Years
Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune
Notice - Immediate Joiner
Requirement:-
We are seeking an experiencedServiceMaxDeveloperwith strongSalesforce developmentexpertise to design develop and support field service solutions on theServiceMaxplatform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce customizationServiceMaxdata models and integrations and will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and customizeServiceMaxapplicationson the Salesforce platform
- Implement and maintainSalesforce configurationsincluding Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Flows and Triggers.
- Customize and extendServiceMaxmodulessuch as Work Orders Contracts Installed Base Preventive Maintenance and Scheduling.
- Develop and optimizeApex classes triggers and batch jobsto supportServiceMaxfunctionality.
- Build and maintainintegrationsusing REST/SOAP APIs middleware and external systems (ERP legacy systems etc.).
- Perform data migrations data modeling and ensure data integrity across Salesforce andServiceMax.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Salesforce andServiceMax.
- Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for development security and performance
- Support deployments using CI/CD tools and version control systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as aServiceMaxDeveloperon the Salesforce platform.
- Solid hands-on experience withSalesforce development(Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL Flows).
- In-depth knowledge ofServiceMaxdata model and configurations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security sharing rules and governor limits.
- Experience with deployment tools such asANT SFDX or CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II Service Cloud Consultant etc.).
- ServiceMaxcertifications.
- Experience working inField Service Management (FSM)domain
- Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP Oracle etc.).
- Experience with mobile workforce or field service solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience withSalesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Knowledge of performance optimization and large data volume handling.
- Prior experience in support or enhancement projects.
