The SupplyManageris responsible for translating unconstrained demand plans into constrained and feasible supply plans that optimize capacity asset utilization and material flows across cast houses mills finishing lines & tollers. Leveraging Blue Yonders integrated supply planning capabilities the role ensures alignment between demand forecasts and production realities while driving efficiency reducing scrap and improving inventory performance across the metals value chain The role is to operate across the complex business comprising of: Demand: FRP (36 KT/month) Foils (4.5 KT/month) across 12 Streams (8 FRP 4 Foils) 24K SKUs (22K FRP 2K Foil) 2K Customers (1.5K FRP 0.5K Foil) Pan Geographic operations. Supply: 6 manufacturing units(BMRTHAd) 11 cast houses value addition units that together deliver FRP (36 KT/month) Foils (4.5 KT/month) Network wide Working Capital 15 days of Finished Goods (about 17 KT) and 45 days of WIP (about 60 KT) |

- Optimize asset utilization by developing supply plans that maximize throughput and minimize bottlenecks acrosscast houses mills finishing lines & tollers while balancing customer priorities and cost efficiencies
- Manage casting campaigns to optimize material flow yield and setup times while meeting market and customer requirements
- Balance service levels with inventory and working capital targets w.r.t make-to-stock / make-to-order strategies by segment.
- Run what if scenario simulations and conduct what-if analyses to assess the impact of changes in volume inventory capacity utilization profitability and service levels

Supply Planning adherence and Performance Management | - Monitor adherence to supply plans and proactively address deviations to safeguard customer commitments
- Drive improvements in work-in-progress scrap and unallocated finished goods ensuring better yield and working capital efficiency
- Provide utilization views and future capacity outlooks (3months)

Cross-Functional Collaboration and S&OP Integration | - Work closely with demand planners production logistics and finance teams to ensure end-to-end synchronization between demand supply and financial plans
- Contribute to S&OP reviews by providing clear visibility into constraints risks and trade-offs that impact production and fulfilment
- Leverage Blue Yonder analytics and dashboards to deliver insights that enhance decision-making and drive alignment across functions

Digital and Process Excellence | - Utilize the full capabilities of Blue Yonders IBP platform for capacity balancing supply optimization and what-if simulations
- Strengthen planning processes through continuous improvement initiatives that shorten cycle times and enhance responsiveness. Maintain high standards of data integrity across Blue Yonder ERP and plant execution systems to enable reliable and consistent decision-making
