About the Role Mō te tūranga mahi

Were looking for a compassionate organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey toward independence. This is a rewarding and varied role where youll make a meaningful difference every day while building a strong foundation for a career in case management.

As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or navigating challenging circumstances youll play a pivotal role in their recovery by:

  • Working closely with clients whānau providers and employers
  • Communicating confidently via phone email and face-to-face
  • Coordinating rehabilitation plans and removing barriers to recovery
  • Supporting clients to achieve their individual recovery goals

About You Mōu

You may come from an administrative customer service or support backgroundor bring experience from a completely different path. What matters most is your commitment to helping others and your willingness to learn. You dont need to meet every requirement to apply.

  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex information clearly empathetically and with confidence
  • A curious mindset motivated to learn and apply technical and legislative knowledge
  • Adaptability and strong organisation great time management and flexibility to meet diverse client needs
  • Resilience able to support people through difficult situations while maintaining your own wellbeing
  • A full clean NZ drivers licence for occasional travel

Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential.
