Qualifications
5 years of experience in senior living operations leadership preferably in a regional or multi-site role
Experience supporting Active Adult Independent Living Assisted Living or Memory Care communities preferred
Proven track record of improving operational performance resident satisfaction and financial outcomes
Strong knowledge of senior living regulations compliance requirements and operational best practices
Excellent leadership communication and team development skills
Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple senior living communities within the region
Support Executive Directors and community leadership teams to ensure strong operational performance
Monitor financial performance quality outcomes and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement operational strategies and performance initiatives
Lead operational improvement initiatives and support best practice implementation across communities
Foster strong relationships with regional leaders community teams residents and families
