Position Details
We are looking for dependable CDL Drivers to safely operate waste collection vehicles on established local routes. This is a fulltime yearround homedaily position.
As a Driver you will:
- Front Load or Side Load trucks depending on assignment
- Follow route sheets and GPS/dispatch directions
- Collect and load waste or recycling materials
- Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections
- Maintain safe vehicle operation and follow all DOT rules
- Provide professional and courteouscustomer service
- Assist with related labor duties when needed
What We Need From You
- ValidClass A or B CDL
- No restrictions preferred (ability to operate both manual & automatic trucks)
- Clean driving record
- Sanitation truck experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical job tasks
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
