Work one-on-one and in small groups with preschool students who benefit from extra support
Assist with classroom instruction daily routines play-based learning and transitions
Collaborate with a team of skilled and caring professionals including special educators therapists and general educators
Support the development of communication independence and school readiness
Foster a safe engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Supervise students in the classroom throughout the school and in community-based activities
Assist with behavior support plans and data collection (training provided!)
Provide feedback on student progress and participate in team meetings
Always maintain student confidentiality and professionalism

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with children preferred
Ability to support young learners with empathy enthusiasm and consistency
Comfort with basic technology (Google Workspace experience is a plus)
