The Human Resources Partner is a strategic business-minded HR professional dedicated to building strong partnerships and enhancing the caregiver experience within the Ministry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving caregiver engagement supporting leadership and fostering a positive work environment all while advancing the Ministrys mission and vision. By leveraging a blend of onsite and remote capabilities this hybrid role provides a personalized dedicated presence that builds strong relationships with caregivers and ensures seamless high-quality HR service delivery across the Ministry.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business or a related field

Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations performance management and talent development.

Preferred Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR)

Preferred Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g. Workday Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently.
  • High degree of professionalism confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Approachable empathetic and solution focused.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
