What Drives Success
The individual in this role will perform simple repairs & predictive/preventative maintenance to facilities infrastructure support equipment & test fixtures that are unique to a research & development facility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Repairs in the areas of carpentry painting plastering and plumbing.
- Repairs or replace defective Facilities & Test Room/Equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.
- Inspections of power transmission drives motors and belts check fluid levels replace filters or perform other maintenance actions following checklists.
- Assemble install or repair wiring electrical and electronic components pipe systems and plumbing machinery and equipment.
- Assists others with Request Maintenance & Capital Project modifications.

What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of machines and tools including their designs uses repair and maintenance. Basic knowledge of materials methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures. Basic knowledge of design techniques tools blueprints drawings and models.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $48800- $64050annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan.
