We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team.
High quality management is an integral part to our restaurants success. Coaching and leading the team members while maintaining a positive work culture is essential to having a successful restaurant operation.

Your Impact:
- Managing and Developing a team of 90
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement new policies/procedures
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
- Scheduling and Labor Management
- Providing high quality guest experiences
- Reporting directly to the General Manager to discuss the current/future state of the store
Operations Director is a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits.
Prior experience as a restaurant general manager catering manager operations manager supervisor or Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.
