We are looking for aKey Account ManagerDermatologyfor the Netherlands (region North) who is passionate about improving patient outcomes eager to build strong lasting relationships and brings an innovative mindset to join ourDermatologyteam.
About the role
As Key Account Manager you bring value to patients by expanding access to UCBs dermatology therapies in your assigned territories. You build strong relationships with external stakeholdersdermatologists nurses physician assistantsand collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that grow our therapeutic options across the Northern Netherlands. By working closely with healthcare professionals and colleagues you helpidentifyand deliver the best solutions to patients ensuring improved outcomes.
Who you will work with
In this field-based role you will act as the first point of contact for specializedHealthcarePhysicians(Dermatologyarea) across your territory in close collaborationwiththe field & office cross functional team colleagues. And you work with the wider commercial organization to develop and execute commercial strategies based on local nuances
What will you do
- Develop and execute a robust tactical sales plan within your assigned territory focusing on driving growth and maximizing market share.
- Identifyand analyze therapeutic area opportunities and make proposals forappropriate improvements.
- Create and maintainpartnershipswith the accounts andbuild novel ways of interactingwith stakeholders to positivelyimpactpatient access and outcomes.
- Be firstpoint of contact on dermatology congresses andleveragethese congresses to expand your network. Both nationally and internationally
- Communicate UCBs science and therapeutic options to the HCPs by deploying a tailored omnichannel approach.
Interested For this position youll need the following education experience and skills:
- Bachelors Masters Ph.D. or Medical Degree (M.D.)
- Experience in a similar role in Pharma with strong account management and relationship-buildingalongwith digital customer engagementskills.
- Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in the Immunology/ Dermatology therapeuticareais highly preferred
- Knowledge and network inbiologics treatment
- Strategic thinking problem-solving ability customer-focus and result-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and proven cross-functional project teamwork.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking/writing).
- Living in the operating area North of the Netherlandsis preferred.
