1. Job Purpose
To provide safe reliable confidential and efficient transportation services to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ensuring punctuality vehicle readiness and adherence to all road safety regulations at all times.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Transportation & Mobility
- Safely transport the CEO to and from appointments meetings site visits airports and other official or personal destinations as required.
- Maintain strict adherence to road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure punctual arrival considering traffic conditions and alternative routes.
- Remain flexible to accommodate last-minute schedule changes.
B. Vehicle Management
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean (interior and exterior) fueled and in excellent working condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections (oil level brakes tires lights battery etc.).
- Schedule regular servicing and maintenance and promptly report mechanical faults.
- Maintain accurate fuel consumption records and service records.
C. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEOs schedules discussions documents and movements.
- Exhibit professionalism discretion and integrity at all times.
- Present a neat and professional appearance.
D. Administrative & Support Duties
- Assist with loading and offloading documents luggage or other materials when required.
- Run official errands as directed by the CEO or designated executive staff.
- Support protocol requirements during executive engagements where necessary.

3. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
- Up to 42 years of Age
- Valid drivers license (minimum Class B or appropriate class as required by local regulations).
- At least 5 years proven experience as a professional or executive driver.
- Able to drive luxury cars
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

- Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics.
