Job Summary

Who We Are

WMEs Personal Appearances department oversees touring festival bookings and crossover opportunities for leading musicians across all touring genres. Our artists are also behind some of the most iconic songs and scores in film.

Essential Responsibilities

Interns will support the day-to-day operations of their assigned department. Responsibilities include assisting with department-specific research projects completing administrative tasks and supporting managers with ad hoc requests.

Interns may also be asked to complete an end-of-summer project or pitch either individually or as part of a team drawing on the knowledge and experience gained throughout the programme.

  • A basic understanding of and strong interest in building a career within the entertainment industry

Qualifications

  • Educated to A-level (or equivalent)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience in sport is a plus but not essential

Programme Details

We offer internship opportunities across our global sports and entertainment businesses including global cultural marketing agency 160over90; sports rights management production and digital content leader IMG (Rights FC Diez Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location; Professional Bull Riders (PBR); and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion).

Locations include New York City Nashville St. Louis Atlanta Philadelphia Dallas Chicago London and Paris. All internships are in-office and in-person unless otherwise stated.

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry interns will participate in welcome and farewell sessions a speaker series featuring company leaders and career development workshops covering topics such as LinkedIn optimisation CV writing interview skills and networking.

Internships are full-time Monday to Friday in line with standard local working hours.

Recruitment Process

Our process consists of four stages:

1. Tell us your story
In addition to your application and CV please submit a Word document (maximum 300 words) outlining your interest in the role. Share the unique perspectives skills and qualities you would bring as well as what you hope to gain from the experience. Candidates who submit this statement will be prioritised for review.

2. Video interview with a recruiter
If selected a member of the recruitment team will invite you to a 30-minute video interview.

3. Video interview with the hiring manager
Successful candidates will meet with the hiring manager and potentially one to two additional team members.

4. Offer or outcome
If successful a recruiter will extend an offer. If not you will be notified accordingly.

Eligibility

This programme is designed for recent graduates or individuals within six months of completing an undergraduate degree unless otherwise specified.

Candidates must confirm whether they currently require or may require in the future visa sponsorship to work in the UK.

All candidates must be over 18 at the start of the internship.

Pay

We offer paid internships with rates varying by location. Compensation is aligned with local minimum wage requirements and may vary by country.
