Job Summary
Role based in Frankfurt Germany - Rotation plan available
Fohntech Group are looking experienced HVAC Supervisor to join their in Frankfurt.
This role is responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works including contractors and specialist sub-contractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover.
- Assist the Mechanical Lead with constructability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams.
- Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel plant tools and temporary facilities.
- Engage with Design Commissioning and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers.
- Adhere to site SOPs health and safety regulations and project Quality Plan criteria.
- Direct and manage assigned staff and subcontractors.
- Review contractor progress reports and provide input for project reporting.
- Record and share lessons learned and encourage innovation and best practice.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on pharmaceutical life sciences or large-scale mechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and site supervision practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Irish construction health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors schedules and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
