Job Summary

Job Role: PGT (Business Studies)

Location: Sector 70A Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g. CBSE syllabus).
Prepare lesson plans assignments tests and exam papers.
Evaluate students performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in projects case studies and practical applications of business concepts.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Use modern teaching aids (smart boards presentations case-based learning).
Stay updated with changes in curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Participate in school meetings parent-teacher interactions and extracurricular activities.

Educational Qualifications

Masters degree in Commerce / Business Studies / MBA (relevant specialization).
. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
CTET / State TET qualification (preferred or required in some schools).
Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
