We are seeking compassionate quick-thinking and highly organized individuals to join our Overnight Emergency Roadside Assistance team. As a Roadside Assistance Agent youll be the first point of contact for drivers in distress across Canada including those stranded on the 400-series highways. Whether its a flat tire keys locked inside or a car that wont start your role is to provide immediate reassurance and coordinate prompt service dispatch.Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour
What Youll Do:
Answer high-volume emergency calls from customers needing immediate roadside assistance.
Collect critical information (location vehicle details issue) quickly and accurately.
Coordinate and dispatch appropriate services (towing locksmith battery boost etc.) across Canada.
Remain calm under pressure especially in high-stress or emergency situations.
Deliver empathetic communication that calms anxious or upset customers.
Use internal systems to track service provider availability and job progress.
Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with efficiency and focus.
