Job Summary

NOW HIRING: Mold Mechanic II West Bend WI

Were working with a growing manufacturer in West Bend thats looking to add an experienced Mold Mechanic II to their 2nd shift team (MonFri 3:45pm12:15am).

This is a hands-on role focused on mold maintenance repair and preventive care. The right person is technically sharp comfortable with precision machining and experienced working with plastic injection molds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mold breakdowns cleanings inspections and PM

Precision measurement of molds and tooling against print specs

Set up and operate lathes mills drill press grinders and related equipment

Fabricate and assemble metallic and nonmetallic parts

Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specs

Requirements

3 years operating lathes manual mills drill press and grinders

3 years with precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers depth gauges)

Strong knowledge of mechanics shop math and metal properties

HS diploma or GED required

Vocational/trade school and 5 years of plastic injection mold experience a plus
