Now accepting qualified applicants for a Spreader Roll Mechanic!

This is a temp-to-perm position in Ruston LA!

The Spreader Roll Mechanic will be responsible for the repair and service of spreader rolls in accordance with company business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Hands on experience servicing industrial equipment.
Good technical background and mechanical skill set with problem solving capabilities.
Ability to read blueprints.
Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive pushing pulling bending squatting.
Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measure calipers and micrometers.
Ability to use a variety of hand tools wrenches wire cutter screwdrivers as well as using air drills sanders and grinders.
Ability to stand and be on your feet the majority of the work day.
Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete and process paperwork.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associates Degree or indentured in mechanical field and/or two to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 -3 years experience
Must have strong attention to details
