As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Little Rock AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to students staff visitors and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures visitor management protocols and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and credentials and help to control access to campus buildings restricted areas and school grounds according to location policies.
- Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with school personnel parents and first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter observe for security-related concerns and report maintenance issues policy violations and suspicious activity.
- Maintain detailed logs incident reports and visitor records and help to support an orderly environment through clear communication and professional presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
