Job Summary
MISSION:
To be the onsite technical resource for daily issues arising from the process and/or inspection staff. To assist with process control issues and cross training. This position qualifies for an 8% lead pay.
LEAD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains daily and weekly production output to meet the production plan and minimizes scrap.
- Ensures outgoing patterns meet or exceed standards. Enforces work standards per company policy.
- Ensures proper training of direct reports. Determines standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned.
- Takes initiative on problem solving efforts.
- Reviews production and operating reports and ensures operational manufacturing and maintenance problems are resolved to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.
- Ensures documentation of standard operational and working practices is followed.
- Collaborates on development and implementation of the structures and processes necessary to manage the organizations current activities and its growth.
- Ensures that the responsibilities authorities and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined understood and executed.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale productivity efficiency and effectiveness.

- Production Wax Assembler
- All PCC Wax Center job bid qualifications applies:
- 12 months in your current position
- Less than 4 occurrences
- No active step 2 or more corrective action plan
