Hourly Rate: Starting at $20hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)
As a Service Technician you will provide superior customer service to our homeowners by servicing and repairing previously installed Renewal by Andersen products. Your work will directly support installation solutions that align with customer expectations and uphold the high standards of our premium product line.
Responsibilities:
Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products.
Install replacement windows and doors with precision and adherence to company standards.
Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to ensure installation solutions match our customer expectations.
Analyze customer concerns determine appropriate corrective actions and verify that solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Maintain and keep the service van organized.
Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time.
Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 2yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience
At least 2yrs of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors
Ability to conduct technical measures required for window/door installation
Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred
**Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check**
**Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening**
**Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record**
