What you will do:

TheSales New Hire Learning Experience Program Manageroversees thenew hire learningexperience for newly hired sales talent at Johnson Controls. This roleensureseach new hire is smoothly registered properly supported and actively engaged throughout the full learning journeyfrom Day 1 through core program milestones.

Working closely with program partners and field leaders this role managesnew hire learningprocesses oversees programlogisticsfacilitateskey sessions monitors progress and drives continuous improvement. Requirements include strong organizational and facilitation skills experience coordinating learning programs the ability to manage data and insights and comfort working in afast paced highly collaborative environment.

This role is central toestablishinga strong foundationfornew salesteam memberssupporting their early development engagement andlong-termsuccess.

How you will do it:

New Hire Registration &New hire learningCoverage

  • Oversee frontendnew hire learningregistration using automated enrollment processes.

  • Actively verify and monitor enrollment to ensure all new hires are accurately captured; proactively follow up on any missing participants.

  • Confirmthe correct new hire persona is assigned to each learning experience to ensure tailored program alignment.

FirstTwo WeekExperience Ownership

  • Facilitate theDay 1 new hire sessionevery Monday (90minutevirtual session).

  • Facilitatecoordinateand manage the fullWeek 2inpersonnew hire learningexperiencein Milwaukee (MKE) including curriculum flow presenter alignment session quality and onsitelogistics.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience that sets new hires up for success.

Facilitation Responsibilities

  • FacilitateWelcome week twice/month couple introductory sales skills sessions and welcome to In-field support network sessions.

  • Model bestin classfacilitation practices and adapt delivery style to the audience content and learning environment.

  • Ensure learning environmentsvirtual and inpersonare executionready partnering with internal teams to support seamless delivery across sessions and milestones

Program Milestones & Feedback Loops

  • Own and manage structured program milestones including surveyscheck ins and progress touchpoints.

  • Interpret survey data and synthesize insights into clear actionable recommendations.

  • Providetimelyupdates to key internal stakeholders highlighting trends opportunities and needs within the new hire population.

Learning Progress & Metrics

  • Track and monitor learning progress throughout the fullnew hire learningjourney ensuring new hiresremainon pace with program requirements.

  • Maintain and report core program metrics trends and engagement insights.

  • Use data toidentifygaps escalate risks and guide program improvements.

Field Support Partner Enablement

  • Ensure each new hire isassignedan infield support partner according to program design.

  • Track and verify assignments following up on any missing or delayed connections.

  • Monitor engagement signals and proactively check on new hires who may lack adequate support escalating when necessary.

Learning Design Evaluation & Coaching

  • Contribute to the design evolution and maintenance of newhire learning content partnering with subjectmatterexpertsand learning designers to ensure materialsremaincurrent relevant and aligned to business priorities

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using structured feedback progress data and performance signals synthesizing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and stakeholder update

  • Provide targeted coaching and feedback to new hires during facilitated sessions and milestone touchpoints reinforcing skillapplicationandidentifyingearly support needs.

  • Build andmaintainworking knowledge of JCIs sales methodologies tools and solution landscape tofacilitate withcredibility and effectively partner with field leaders and support networks.

Learning and Development Team Member

  • Collaborate closely within a strong global Learning & Development team environment.

  • Use innovative learning technologies and platformsincluding theJohnson Controls Learning HubLMS anduLearnto deploy and track learning experiences.

  • Stay current on learning designnew hire learningtrends and fieldbased operational needs; continuously improve program components and methods.

  • Work flexibly across time zones and partner closely with global team members to synchronize deliverables and development cycles.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Instructional Design Education Adult Learning or related field;Masterspreferred.

  • 5 years innew hire learning training delivery program coordination sales enablement or similar roles.

  • 4 years in training development facilitation orhigh touchprogram management.

  • Flexible:Comfortable navigating ambiguity; able to shift priorities quickly to meet business needs.

  • Detailed:Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent andhigh qualitynew hire learningexperiences.

  • Collaborative:Builds strong partnerships with program managers trainers and business stakeholders.

  • Ambitious:Proactively takes ownership drives improvements and sets clear goals.

  • Professional:Demonstratesstrong ethics accountability and a positive outlook.

  • Articulate:Strong communication writing and facilitation skills.

  • Technical Knowledge:Ability to quickly understand JCIs product and solutions landscape; familiarity with HVAC Fire Security or building systems a plus.

  • Travel:Ability to travel up to 30% (primarily for Week 2inpersonnew hire learning).

This is a hybrid role at our Glendale WI office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $77000 - $134000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.) The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
