Job Summary
Job Title: Production OperativeWere hiring seasonal support staff to help during our busy period. Were looking for enthusiastic candidates who ideally can start at around 13th of April and work through to mid July is a temporary position with these shifts available:Dayshift (38 hours) - working Monday to Thursday and (34 hours) working 1600 to 0100 Monday to ThursdayThe rate of pay for this role is 13.08 per hour increasing to 13.45 per hour from 1 May the RoleAs an Operative at Johnstons of Elgin you will play a key role in the finishing stages of our luxury accessories and home products. Your responsibilities may include inspecting tagging folding and packaging items as well as barcoding products and ensuring that all product codes accurately match accompanying may also be involved in the sewing and finishing process operating labelling machines to finesse and enhance products such as scarves and across both production and finishing tasks you will be required to maintain a high level of attention to detail while achieving the output levels needed to meet our production plan.
