Evening shift 3pm - 11pm

What youll do:
Welcome guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
Handle check-ins check-outs and reservations
Answer phones and assist guests with questions needs and special requests
Provide helpful information about the hotel and local area
Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Work closely with housekeeping maintenance and management to ensure a smooth guest experience
Keep the front desk organized accurate and running efficiently
What were looking for:
Friendly outgoing personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Dependable and team-oriented attitude
Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
