THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As the Enterprise Applied AI & Analytics Lead Associate you will serve as a subject matter expert in analytics and modeling guiding the team in the application of advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive business this role you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytical projects including usage of predictive modeling and optimization techniques.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for applying analytics to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Mentor junior and senior team members providing technical guidance and support in the use of analytical tools and methodologies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and modeling recommending strategies for adoption and implementation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop performance metrics to measure the impact of analytical solutions or business proposals.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years

  • Practical experience working with GenAI or LLMenabled solutions (e.g. prompt engineering embeddings semantic chunking retrievalaugmented generation) within a governed enterprise environment.

  • Experience operating in AWSbased data science environments such as Amazon SageMaker or equivalent including notebooks model experimentation and secure access patterns.

  • Handson analytics and modeling experience using Python (e.g. pandas NumPy scikitlearn) for data preparation feature engineering model development and evaluation in enterprise datasets.

  • Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business or risk problems into structured analytical approaches and clearly explain results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Experience building or supporting endtoend GenAI or analytics products not just adhoc analysise.g. from usecase framing through prototyping validation and scaling with appropriate controls.

  • Familiarity with model risk management AI governance or control frameworks including awareness of data lineage explainability validation and operational risk considerations.

  • Experience with modern data or AI platforms and tooling (e.g. embeddings vector databases ML pipelines experiment tracking or dashboarding tools) in a regulated or largeenterprise setting.

  • Advanced degree or certifications in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Computer Science Analytics) or relevant cloud/AI certifications (AWS ML or GenAIfocused)

Target Salary: $123 000 to $161000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
