As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Associate in Saint Petersburg FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants guests and staff with outstanding customer service clear communication and a people-first approach while bringing reliability teamwork innovation and integrity to every shift.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observed activity and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies corridors parking areas loading zones and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and common areas to help support authorized access observe building activity and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or hazards to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete routine reports incident documentation and shift activity logs while following Allied Universal standards and the locations security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
