We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cathedral City (CC) brand team as an Assistant Brand Manager supporting on selected projects and leading on others delivering key initiatives to drive brand growth across the Cathedral City portfolio a full mix role covering ongoing brand management NPD development and comms execution.
This role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.
Work pattern: Monday Friday 37 hours per week.
YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY
- Consolidating and executing CC Plant Based full mix marketing plans including paid owned and earned comms NPD primary packaging SRP and price.
- Taking ownership of CC Plant Based to ensure A&P investment is optimised and supported with timely total CC A&P budget management.
- Supporting the CC Marketing Manager and rest of the team in developing a 35-year brand plan to accelerate growth and support CC in becoming a Top 20 FMCG Brand.
- Bringing the in-year CC Brand/Marketing plans to life internally and externally as part of the annual brand cycle.
- Supporting the marketing manager with the roll out and execution of CC ATL plans and development of digital channels.
- Supporting leadership across selected initiatives NPD tracking NPD development packaging development licencing partnerships and communications execution.
- Monitoring performance & reporting to maintain a strong flow of information and insight through the team
- Working in collaboration with the Customer marketing team to ensure aligned execution of through the line activations asset development and management reporting and assessment.
- Working closely with the category & insights team to help turn data (consumer customer channel) into actionable insight.

- Experienced in Marketing (FMCG food or beverage preferred).
- Passionate about food marketing and brand building.
- Highly engaged with social media staying up to date with trends.
- Commercially confident with the ability to interpret data track performance and manage budgets.
- A collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners.
- An effective communicator able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail.
