What Youll Do

Manage single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution

Handle pleadings discovery depositions and motion practice

Lead negotiations mediations and settlement discussions

Collaborate with internal teams using structured workflows

What Theyre Looking For

California-barred attorney

5 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)

Experience with wage-and-hour and/or FEHA/ADA matters

Comfort working in structured tech-enabled systems

Salary Range: $140000$160000
