Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources Healthcare to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role will drive organizational effectiveness culture transformation and leadership development initiatives while supporting key HR functions such as employee relations talent management and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design workforce planning and culture initiatives.
- Lead employee relations engagement and retention strategies.
- Drive talent management succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Support performance management and compensation strategies.
- Lead and manage HR teams ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate change management initiatives across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Implement and execute strategic HR initiatives and programs.
- Oversee HR processes compliance and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Management or related field (required)
- Masters degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Proven experience in:
- Strategic talent planning
- Employee engagement and retention
- Leadership development
- Organizational culture transformation
- Change management
- Stakeholder and executive partnership
