Job Summary
The Director BD M&A and Divestments is responsible for driving Dr. Reddys inorganic growth agenda in the India market by identifying evaluating and executing highimpact M&A opportunities across brands portfolios novel technologies companies and strategic alliances while also maximizing value through the divestment of noncore assets in line with the organizations strategic priorities. The role leads endtoend deal processesincluding opportunity screening commercial and financial analysis valuation due diligence risk assessment negotiation and closureand ensures seamless posttransaction integration and transition support. It also involves developing strategic alliances by building seniorlevel relationships aligning internal stakeholders structuring mutually beneficial partnership models and managing crossfunctional diligence and contract negotiations. The position requires strong business acumen financial modelling knowledge understanding of regulatory medical quality commercial and supply chain concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
Qualifications :
MBA or CA with 610 years of experience in M&A within the Pharma sector or in Consulting firms with strong and proven experience in executing M&A deals and the ability to confidently represent the organization in front of bankers investors advisors and Csuite level internal and external stakeholders.
