We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to help with our internal communication and events. You will be responsible and support our colleagues in with the following tasks:
- Assist in writing and designing internal communication initiatives including the creation of an internal newsletter.
- Plan and coordinate employee events to foster engagement and company culture.
- Support employer branding efforts.
- Contribute to project management for internal initiatives aimed at driving improvements across the organization.
- Help design and implement creative internal communication and employer branding strategies.
- Support and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Student in the areas of Communication/Marketing/Business (Master).
- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial comfortable in a fast-paced environment attentive to detail and strong collaborative skills.
- Applicants are expected to have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience successfully balancing multiple work streams.
- Streamlined critical thinking skills and exceptionally organized.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint; specifically layout and creation of charts and graphics (experience with GIMP is a plus).
- Strong AI literacy including the ability to effectively use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Copilot) in daily workflows
- Video editing and creating (short and long form) skills is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking problem-solving mindset and creative aptitude.
- A positive and open-minded attitude - a great sense of humor is always a plus!
- Enjoy interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration and understanding.
Additional Information :
The internship requires that you have the nationality of a EU-country or that you are taking part in the Erasmus program. The intern must meet all necessary requirements and possess the required documents to complete an internship within the European Union.
