Job Description:
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions and develop ServiceNow Scripted REST APIs.
Experience with:
ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD/ I18N modules
External enterprise systems
REST APIs
Architect scalable solutions including:
knowledge base integration
analytics and monitoring
Develop ServiceNow scripts and automation including:
Business Rules
Script Includes
Service Catalog workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to help design new integrations and understand customers deployments.
Required Skills
Strong experience with:
ServiceNow platform development (3 years)
JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting
REST API implementation
ITSM / Service Catalog workflows
