Job Summary
ABOUT US:
To strengthen our experienced teams we are looking for an End User Support Engineer that will join our office in Ljubljana. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Being the 1 level of tech support
- Managing day to day IT operations
- Facilitate IT procurement desktop support and active directory among other duties
- Collaboration with our global development teams
ABOUT YOU:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in computer science or an equivalent
- Strong background in Microsoft products required (Windows Server Office Windows 10 Azure WSUS)
- Antivirus Software
- Asset management tools
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude

OURRECRUITMENTPROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Online Interview: A video interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience in more depth learn how you work and answer any questions you may have about the position.
- Assignment: A short (home) task to showcase your skills.
- Onsite Interview: An inperson meeting with the Hiring Manager and members of the local team where you will walk them through your assignment discuss your solution and explore team fit
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and if successful an offer!
