En mai 2021 nous nous sommes lancés dans laventure de la création des Studios Haven avec une petite équipe et de grandes ambitions. Notre objectif était de créer un studio où nous pourrions développer le genre de jeux que nous avons toujours voulu créer et ceux auxquels nous rêvions de jouer.

Nous avons accompli des progrès remarquables en très peu de temps grâce à notre équipe talentueuse et passionnée ainsi quà ses contributions exceptionnelles. Chez Haven nous avons instauré une culture fondée sur la bienveillance la flexibilité et le courage qui stimule la créativité. Notre première nouvelle propriété intellectuelle (IP) pour PlayStation est en bonne voie pour donner naissance à un jeu daction compétitif de classe AAA dans lequel les joueurs et leurs équipes mènent des braquages audacieux et déjouent leurs adversaires grâce à des sensations fortes de la stratégie et une grande liberté daction.

Haven a rejoint la famille PlayStation Studios en 2022 et nous sommes en bonne voie pour créer une nouvelle propriété intellectuelle exclusive pour PlayStation et développer la première équipe de développement de jeux Sony au Canada.

Artiste éclairagiste - Contrat de 12 mois

Nous recherchons une artiste éclairagiste de niveau intermédiaire ou sénior pour rejoindre les Studios Haven une division de Sony Interactive Entertainment dans le cadre dun contrat dun an à temps plein.

Basée à Montréal notre équipe développe des jeux AAA ambitieux et nous recherchons un artiste capable de créer une ambiance une atmosphère et une narration visuelle à travers léclairage.

Ce poste est ouvert aux artistes éclairagistes du Canada et des États-Unis.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Concevoir mettre en œuvre et peaufiner léclairage des environnements et des espaces de jouabilité conformément à la vision artistique du projet
• Créer une ambiance un ton et une narration visuelle grâce à un éclairage captivant et judicieux
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes chargées de lart des environnements de la jouabilité des effets visuels et de lart technique afin dobtenir des résultats visuels cohérents
• Trouver le juste équilibre entre la qualité artistique les performances et les contraintes techniques dans un environnement de production en temps réel
• Contribuer à loptimisation des scènes aux itérations et à la mise au point visuelle finale tout au long du développement

Ce que nous recherchons

• Expérience professionnelle en tant quartiste éclairagiste dans le domaine du jeu vidéo avec Unreal Engine 5
• Maîtrise approfondie de léclairage dynamique et précalculé
• Maîtrise approfondie de la couleur des valeurs de la composition de lambiance et de la narration cinématographique
• Expérience dans léclairage denvironnements dans des moteurs temps réel modernes et dans le cadre de pipelines de production
• Sens aigu du détail de la cohérence visuelle et de la lisibilité pour le joueur
• Capacité à suivre des instructions à collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à apporter une contribution efficace au sein dune équipe travaillant à distance

In May 2021 we embarked on a journey to start Haven Studios with a small team and big ambitions. Our goal was to build a studio where we could make the kind of games weve always wanted to create and games weve longed to play.

Weve made amazing progress in a short time thanks to our talented passionate team and their exceptional contributions. We established a culture at Haven grounded in kindness adaptability and courage that unlocks creativity. Our first new IP for PlayStation is on track to deliver a AAA competitive action game where players and their crews pull off daring heists and outsmart rival teams with thrill strategy and agency.

Haven joined the PlayStation Studios family in 2022 and we are on track to build an exclusive new IP for Playstation and grow the first Sony game development team in Canada.

Lighting Artist - 12 Month Contract

Were looking for an Intermediate or Senior Lighting Artist to join Haven Studios a division of Sony Interactive Entertainment on a full-time one year contract.

Based in Montreal our team is creating ambitious AAA experiences and were looking for an artist who can bring mood atmosphere and visual storytelling to life through lighting.

This position is open to Lighting Artists in Canada and the US.

What youll do

• Create implement and polish lighting for environments and gameplay spaces in line with the projects artistic vision
• Establish mood tone and visual storytelling through compelling and purposeful lighting
• Collaborate closely with Environment Art Gameplay VFX and Technical Art to achieve cohesive visual results
• Balance artistic quality with performance and technical constraints in a real-time production environment
• Support scene optimization iteration and final-quality visual polish throughout development

What were looking for

• Professional experience as a Lighting Artist in games with Unreal Engine 5
• Strong understanding of dynamic and baked lighting
• Strong understanding of color value composition atmosphere and cinematic storytelling
• Experience lighting environments in modern real-time engines and working within production pipelines
• A strong eye for detail visual consistency and player readability
• Ability to take direction collaborate across disciplines and contribute effectively within a remote team environment
