Government and Health Services Client Executive
The opportunity
As our GHS Client Executive youll support the Federal Government Leader and the client service partners on the core accounts and to lead EYs efforts in supporting the Government to achieve their strategic objectives. EY has a strong presence in public sector consulting strategy assurance and financial advisory services with a proud history of supporting Government to reform design and enable the services that support improved citizen outcomes financial management and national productivity. The role requires strong understanding of the public sector and the business of Government the structure of Ministerial offices central government and delivery agencies. It requires strong influencing skills and determining where we can add real value to Government and experience in selling complex solutions to senior buyers. Existing senior relationships and experience in public sector clients will be highly regarded.
The role is a market facing role and is responsible for building and maintaining buyer and influencer relationships driving campaigns into accounts understanding the Governments strategy issues and challenges and introducing EYs expertise solutions and services applicable to this strategy. Working with the the Client Service Partners (GCSPs the CE will need to shape the strategy for winning and delivering work in order to differentiate EY and increase the value the Government receives from our services.
Working with the Federal Government Leader the role drives rigorous account planning and relationship development across the organisation and creation of distinctive demand generation strategies to ensure the Government is aware of EYs unique value proposition for a wide range of services. With the Federal Government Leader this role sets the account ambition understands the market potential for EYs services and drives the account team to achieve the account plan actions and realise the account revenue and margin goals. The CE should ensure that the firms clients and industries model is being leveraged to support the account including ensuring the utilisation of the Account Manager assigned to support the account to maximise the capture of insights to inform the account and pursuit strategies.
