DescriptionAs a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating program activities to ensure successful program execution. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of program schedules monitoring progress facilitating communication among stakeholders and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and youll work out of our Lansdale PA location on a onsite work schedule.
In this role you will impact program success by ensuring smooth coordination and communication across teams timely tracking of program milestones and proactive identification and resolution of issues that could affect program outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage defense and space electronics programs from contract award through execution and delivery.
- Own program performance across scope schedule cost quality and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary interface with customers internal stakeholders and leadership ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Drive earned value management (EVM) financial forecasting and program reviews in alignment with CAES and Aerospace governance.
- Identify assess and mitigate program risks and opportunities including technical supply chain and contractual risks.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on requirements milestones and deliverables.
- Support proposal and capture activities including cost schedule and risk inputs.
- Ensure compliance with defense space and regulatory requirements including export controls and customer-specific standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution predictability and customer outcomes.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program support or project management within aerospace defense space or electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Certification by industry accepted Program Management Organizations such as Project Management Institute.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
