Life doesnt always follow a fixed schedule. Thats why we created the Security Officer Part Time Enhanced position: a flexible dependable option for individuals looking to supplement their income gain hands-on experience or work toward a full-time career with the industry leader.
As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Saint Charles MO this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
Pay Rate: $18.05 / Hour

How This Role Works:
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
- Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and appropriate emergency response actions at a dynamic technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials when required and assist with visitor management processes while following site policies and post orders.
- Support security-related operations by preparing clear reports communicating professionally with staff and guests and helping to address evolving conditions across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
