This is your chance to step into HR and start building a rewarding career. Were looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. No extensive HR experience is needed; what matters most is your attitude organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team. This is a Fixed Term Contract to be based onsite up to 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.

In this role youll get hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities. From helping employees with queries to supporting onboarding offboarding and everything in between. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth efficient HR processes through maintaining HR systems assisting with reference requests and contributing to HR projects. Youll also take on front desk responsibilities including meeting and greeting new starters as part of their Corporate Induction helping to create a positive and welcoming first impression. Occasional travel to other sites may be required so a valid driving licence is desirable.

Were looking for someone professional confident and highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple priorities communicate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Youll also need to be comfortable using IT systems particularly MS Office. Extra points if youve had some administrative experience are interested in HR or are working towards a CIPD qualification.
