The Opportunity
Were looking fortwo driven and energetic Telesales Account Managers to help grow and protect our market share in a fast-paced and competitive industry. Based at our Auckland branch in Penrose youll play a key role in managing and developing an existing customer portfolio while identifying new opportunities for growth.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and add value to customer accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions over the phone
- Work towards and exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
