Job Description
As a Branch Security Receptionist Doral FL you will serve and safeguard AUS office personnel and visitors that visit the branch office located in Doral.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Weekends Off)

Payrate: $16.00 / per hour

Must have a reliable vehicle.
Good customer service skills
Must have or be willing to obtain a D security License.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
- Greeting and assisting visitors personnel and customers in a calm and professional manner
- Answering calls in a timely manner taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individuals
- Comfortably utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communication
- Required - Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish speaking writing reading
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens forms paper etc.)
- Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
- Assist with uniform returns and maintaining a clean organized lobby and training room
- Collaborating with the HR department with uniform returns
- Collaborating with the Recruiting department with candidate applications and backgrounds
- Assist the Senior Leadership with projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only
