About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls scheduling service appointments and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in converting incoming calls and leads into scheduled work.
What Youll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule service calls and estimates accurately in ServiceTitan
- Gather and enter complete and accurate customer information
- Convert inbound calls and digital leads into booked appointments
- Respond promptly to digital leads from platforms such as website Google LSA Thumbtack and others
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Properly document and classify calls within ServiceTitan
- Follow company call scripts and procedures
- Work with dispatch and operations to maintain an efficient schedule
Compensation
- $20 per hour performance-based bonuses

Requirements
- Excellent communication multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

- Prior customer service experience (service industry preferred)
