Job description:
Begins the consumer loan and credit card application process for potential members.
Explains credit policies and gathers additional loan information and documentation.
Actively promotes and sells the credit unions products and services.
Call Center environment.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
1 year customer service experience.
Sales experience required.
Call center experience preferred.
Knowledge of credit union loan services policies and procedures.
Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m
