Job Summary
Senior Staff Nurse
Chester Hospital Ward Permanent Full Time Including Weekends
Salary up to 38000
37.5 hours per week

As a Senior StaffNurse at our Chester Hospitalyoure registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience including NMC. As well as post-registration experience you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment and management.
As a Senior StaffNurseyou will:
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues mentoring them to be the best they can be
Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patients needs
Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
Provide day-to-day supervision including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
Contribute to scheduling and rotas recruitment induction performance reviews and training
