Job Summary

Registrar Services Officer (m/f/d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; fixed-term contract initially for 12 months)
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the processes of student enrolment and disenrollment
Preparation of academic documents
Processing of student requests within the scope of university regulations and academic policies
Handling the transfer of academic credits
Administer student-related and academic data as well as proper documentation within the Campus Management System (CMS)
Provide general advice and assistance to students
Collaborate with colleagues from other departments
Create and update process documentation
Ensure knowledge transfer to other employees and support the onboarding of new colleagues
Your Profile:
Successfully completed university degree
Solid experience in an international environment and in working with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Exceptional communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
Careful working style strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
Fluent English required; German desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office
